  Save $30 Registration Fee  With Full Payment By May 21, 2021 Camp Dates:  6/21 - 8/20, 9 Weeks, 3 Sessions.  Register by session. Content differs by session. Minimum age required: 5 years old. Minimum enrollment required to run a class: 5 students. Maximum limit per class: 10-12 students (8 students for Drawing Class, larger for Chess and Weiqi to facilitate tournament). All classes taught through ZOOM (online).   MLCCC Welcomes Dance Artist and Instructor Ms. Zhan, Ya 詹雅老师 Ms. Zhan, Ya, A Dance Enthusiast, and Artist of China Folk Dance. The Main Line Chinese Culture Center proudly welcomes Ms. Zhan Ya (Tiffany, 詹雅) , a dance enthusiast and dedicated Folk Dance performer and instructor, to our Weekend School this year. Ms. Zhan has been performing the China Folk dances at a professional level for a long time at the various venues across the Philadelphia and Tri-State area. Her performances have received rave reviews from both her peers, professional critics, and the media. In recent years, She has devoted her passion to teaching the Chinese folk dances at Dance studios and the area's Chinese Schools. She has demonstrated her love and shared her passion for China folk dance with her students whenever she teaches. 暑假8个趣味实践，5个计划模板，让孩子假期生活充实又开心 如妈闯美国   2 days ago 据说，世界上最勇敢的人，就是和孩子一起放假在家的妈。 因为一到暑假，孩子们就像脱缰的野马，朝自我放飞的路上绝尘而去。 不过不用怕！鸡娃江湖上不是流传一句话：沧海桑田一声笑，暑假计划是王道。 而暑假计划就像项目管理，妈妈就是策划、执行、后勤、运营、监督、风控、物流和财务。 因此，妈妈们也常常因为用力过猛，或招数太乱走火入魔，把自己和娃搞得遍体鳞伤。 别急，我们来看看怎样科学（套路）的制定暑假计划，包括学习，阅读，习惯培养，家务等方面。 暑假是孩子的，所以，计划还是要和孩子一起做。 1. 暑假心愿单 首先，让小孩列一个暑假心愿单。一般来说，你可能会问孩子：暑假你的计划是什么？他可能会一下子说不清。因为，小孩对“计划”两个字是无感的。 可以有一个“预热”步骤，就是先做一个暑假心愿单，把假期里想做的事儿，不管是玩儿还是学习，都先说出来，基本的格式就是这样的： 一个10岁男孩的暑假心愿单，可能是这样的： 把《哈利波特》书看完；看一次现场足球比赛；去海岛钓鱼；打工赚点零花钱；学简单编程，做一个小App；和朋友一起看场电影；游泳 ... 这是 自由式 。如果想给孩子一些框架指引，还可以参考下面这种 分栏式 。比如： 我特别想做的5件事是什么？ 我想读什么？ 我想玩什么？ 我想学什么？ 有一位家长参照了这个模式，带孩子做了一个暑假心愿单，有学有玩，孩子做的时候很开心，有认真的思考，最后执行得也很不错。 还有这种更考验动手能力的 “折叠式” ，做成了一个可爱的小本子；不时地翻翻，做了哪些，还有哪些有待完成，孩子会很有参与感。 2. 设定暑假目标 列完心愿单，小孩想做哪些事儿清楚了。然后，帮孩子拟定重点暑假目标，主要是指学习、成长方面的目标。 有个被教育界广泛认可的理论叫 “暑期滑坡” ，也有叫“暑期学力流失”。长达两个多月的暑假生活可能是他们拉开差距的重要分水岭。 根据牛津大学 Oxford Learning 的统计： 暑假里损失的数学技能：2.6个月 暑假里损失的阅读能力：2个月 开学后弥补损失要花的时间：6周 孩子们糊里糊涂过完暑假，弄不好会忘掉1/3上学期学的东西。怎么办？ 美国暑期学习协会给出两条基本建议： 1.每天的生活和学习要有计划 2.爸爸妈妈要参与孩子的暑假管理，不能偷懒哦
